Bel Fong

Bel has a Diploma of Remedial Massage. She is also a qualified Group Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer and Level 1 Triathlon Development Coach. She has worked in a variety of health & fitness related areas including managing a gym, running outdoor boot camps and coaching at triathlon training camps.

Bel has represented Australia at the Triathlon World Championships and has worked with a wide variety of clients in the fitness and massage space, including older adults and those with sports-related injuries. With over 15 years experience in the health & fitness Industry, Bel is passionate about helping people overcome injuries and getting them moving towards optimum health.
