Read about what SquareOne is doing to keep patients and staff safe.

SquareOne Physio values your health and safety as our highest priority.

It is important to remember that SquareOne Physio is a small professional business that relies upon your sensitivity and cooperation to maintain a livelihood during these uncertain times.

All of our clinics remain open.

We want you to know that we are monitoring the coronavirus outbreak situation closely and are adjusting our practices as needed and advised based on advice from the Department of Health and our professional body, The Australian Physiotherapy Association.

We are taking measures to help minimize the spread and appreciate your understanding and cooperation while we all work together to do so.

We would like to reassure our patients that we are taking all possible measures to ensure the clinic is cleaner than ever before.

All staff are required to declare their health and travel status – we ask that patients extend the same courtesy prior to appointment. Please be mindful of any cold and flu symptoms and postpone treatment if any illness should be present or if you have recently traveled abroad.

We have provided hand sanitiser in rooms and at our front desk. Please make sure to make use of this on arrival and departure of the clinic.

If you feel unwell at any time, we respectfully ask that you do not enter our clinics. We apologise if this causes any inconvenience, we will be happy to reschedule your appointment at no cost.

It is our priority to keep you safe and well during this time.

Update 20th March 2020

Health care settings are exempt from the new 4m bubble distancing imposed by the governnment today. You are still able to access your Physiotherapist and rehab sessions knowing you are safe.

Additional changes have been implemented into our clinics in the past few days.

Our Physiotherapists and support team will be working out of one location only. This ensures we can stay open and available for you to seek help from your Physio in these uncertain times.

We have updated our exercise timetable to allow only one session at a time in our exercise spaces. This allows for proper social distancing and for you to continue to safely attend your sessions.

We thank you in advance for your flexibility in changing instructors, times or locations for your appointments so we can all work together to keep everyone happy and healthy.

We are now offering TELEHEALTH (physio online) and more HOME VISIT slots for those unable or not wanting to leave their homes.

Update 28th March 2020

As we move further into social distancing measures we continue to make necessary adjustments in our clinics.

For the moment we remain open across all three locations:

  • To help relieve the pressure on hospitals – helping to keep some of our patients out of hospital and helping those discharged early after surgery
  • To keep our patients away from our busy GP’s by managing musculoskeletal conditions and injuries such as fractures
  • Assisting those in pain in this stressful time

We are now offering more and more of our services online to assist those who are staying at home.

GLAD and LiveWELL classe are now entirely online.

Virtual timetable now on SquareOne App (search Mosman location) or website for Clinical Exercise clients. Access your Physio and cotinue to progress your goals with an individual program in a small group from your home. We will be running a reduced Clincial Exercise timetable for those who need to continue to attend in-clinic sessions.

We encourage you to explore our online options and thank you for supporting us as we continue to deliver our exceptional Physiotherapy services.
