From how to get rid of “cankles” to how to keep the pain away when you’re stuck in the office chair all day..all whilst wearing a pair of skinny jeans

As part of my role with the Australian Physio Association I regularly answer media requests from health journalists.

I have had an interesting few months and have been the "expert" on arm wrestling, "cankles" (that is fat ankles!), injuries from wearing skinny jeans, back pain and a multitude of other things.
It is amazing what the makes it into the press these days with the presence of social media. Often it is hard to keep a straight face when you are asked questions like "Have you ever seen any injuries from people wearing skinny jeans?" Ummmm…..??!!?? Are there any other more pressing world matters that I can help with ??! Please?
