March Update

The month started with Holly and Sophie volunteering their services (in the horrific weather!) for Coastrek to raise money for the Fred Hollows Foundation. Please see Sophie’s report below. If you would like Physiotherapy Support at your event then please contact us.

Our newsletter this month is all about kids and what problems they might run into during their childhood and adolescence after we received our Ask a Physio letter from Karen. Some things are not worth worrying about and can be fixed with a bit of TLC but other things can be more serious. It’s often obtaining the diagnosis that is the most important reason to see a Physio when your child complains of pain.

On a more personal front…Sally has a little more sympathy for her patients this month after having some knee surgery herself at the end of February.  Glad you are on the mend Sal! Campbell and his entourage (i.e. Holly and Oscar) are off to Melbourne this weekend to compete (and hopefully complete!) his first Ironman. We are sure he will have some excellent battle stories to tell after the gruelling 5km swim, 180km bike ride and 42km run! Good luck Campbell!
