October Update

As I write this I can’t quite believe that it is the end of October already.

We’ve had a busy month here at SquareOne. Campbell has spent a day with one of the worlds leading Orthopaedic Shoulder Specialists in Brisbane, Dr Ben Kibler from the USA, Michael has also completed a shoulder course, Rebecca has completed her Level 2 Sports Physiotherapy Course and Sophie will complete her Women’s Health training this week.

At the end of this month, Sophie is starting up our very first post-natal Pilates class for new mums. These ladies will have their bubs in tow each week when they attend their classes as they start their road to recovery following childbirth. Hope your baby settling skills are up to scratch Soph! We hope to expand this service in 2015 so watch this space and if you are interested please send us an email to info@squareonephysio.com.au

For those who have not already met her, we welcomed Ellie Frayne to the SquareOne Physio team this month. Ellie heads to Scotland in November to represent Australia  at the Tae kwon do Commonwealth Championships. Good luck Ellie – we will be cheering you on. We will make sure we keep you updated on her progress!!
