The Cycling Issue

Welcome to July and our Cycling Issue. This month we look at common cycling injuries, talk with Mark Newton from Jet Cycles about bike set-up and invite all cyclists to join us on our weekly SquareOne bunch ride. The Tour de France has just finished and there were more Australians featuring in the world’s largest annual sporting event than ever before. By all accounts this year looked like a clean race in the new era of cycling post Lance Armstrong’s doping confessions. Fingers crossed that the tide has finally turned. So sit back and enjoy a celebration of the most efficient and environmentally friendly mode of transport and a great way to stay active.
