30 Minute Total Body Workout With Shaun

8 minutes of movement prep exercises, then a total body workout which includes:
5 exercises that target the key fundamental movement patterns.
Upper body push/pull, Lower body push/pull and Rotational strength.

Jarrad goes through different exercises that can be completed using the items
in the “Performance At Home Kit”.
